I was at this show and saw this, but never actually saw the show on television so I didn't realize no one saw this. The bit was pretty funny, I hope Craig decides to use it in a later show. It's a possibility, since one of the female guests read from the book as well, so I'm assuming he's going to use these at a later date or for something else (a promo, perhaps?). It wasn't part of the interview, it was kind of a surprise when Craig announced Gerry was going to be doing this.

He was reading an excerpt from Craig's book, but I'll be derned if I can remember what the jist of it was. What was funny was when Craig kept going up behind Gerry and making faces.

It was on Craig Ferguson's show tonight (Nov. 3rd). I had the tv muted as I was reading and studying a document and looked up and saw it. I missed the very first part, but it was funny. I'm sure you can see it on the web tomorrow.

Our CBS shows got shifted back by 30minutes, I guess for election results since Houston had a big mayoral race. I've come to love Craig's opening gags, especially with puppets. I love puppets and have quite a few. I'll look for Gerry's bit.

They use a background that looks like a rich person's private library with books up to the ceiling. It was only a couple of minutes but very funny.

I found Dame Edna and Marg Helgenberg doing this bit, too. So far GB is the best. I wonder how much GB ad libbed.
